も adds a new item to the same statement. In negative sentences, 何も and 誰も mean “nothing” and “no one”, and A も B も means “both A and B”.

Usage notes
Replaces は, が, を
も takes the place of these three particles but stays beside に, で, と and から: 学校でも.
Double も
A も B も means both A and B in a positive sentence, and neither in a negative one.
Negative meaning
