まず、温[あたた]かいごはんに酢[す]と砂糖[さとう]と塩[しお]を合[あ]わせて、寿司飯[すしめし]を作[つく]ります。ごはんが冷[さ]めるまで少[すこ]し待[ま]ちます。
次[つぎ]に、まぐろやサーモンなどの好[す]みなの魚[さた/さかな]や、きゅうり、卵[たまご]を食べやすい大[おお]きさに切[き]ります。
に、手[て]にをつけてごはんを小[ちい]さく丸[まる]め、その上[うえ]にをのせます。しょうゆにつけておいしくいただきましょう。
English Translation
First, mix vinegar, sugar, and salt into warm rice to make sushi rice. Wait a little until the rice cools down.
Next, cut your favorite fish such as tuna or salmon, cucumbers, and eggs into bite-sized pieces.
Finally, wet your hands with water, shape the rice into small mounds, and place the fish on top. Dip in soy sauce and enjoy.
